Actually woofy I just looked and there is nothing suspect on my laptop, therte's a cartton, and just boring things. I'll leave it that way!
I reported one of the more virile images and it seems to have vanished.
that sounds like the one I saw jno.
it looks like a nice day here. I suppose everyone is down at the beach already?
Morning all...yes, the sun's shining here too. No beach, just an amble around the very damp, ankle high grass in the garden. I might have to get the hair dryer on a few square feet to put my deckchair on.
good morning. we are sat here with the door open enjoying the lovely morning.

Good morning a sunny Sunday here too.

Poor woofy, those fireworks are the bane of your life, is it legal to let them off willy nilly? we are supposed to have permission here. Hope Rab and Shugy are asleep now.

Gosh this time next week I'll be in UK, can't wait. I won't be taking my laptop so will try to pop in once a day, as sissy turns her desktop on/off everytime one uses it, and it takes so long.

Hope you are all OK.
I don't think it should be legal to keep a cockerel in a built up area...it starts at 4am...grrrr
Morning all
Lovely here too ,hope it stays nice .
BONGBING Jno ..I saw a trailer last night for a new series coming on BBC 4 soon with whispering Dan.It think it was Majestic Mortar:The Royal Palaces ..something like that .
Hope all you biddie babes are ok .

Yes Robi cockerels are dreadfully noisy, we have them here but they go off at all hours, and there is one who sounds as though it is being strangled.
ooh yes, thank you, shaney, that'll be what we saw him filming in the Tower when we were there only none of the Tower PR people seemed to have a clue what it was. He's supposed to be giving a talk next week but it was £15 so we decided not; you could probably get the box set for less than that.
oooh, I've got the 4pm flop, I've gawn all droopy. Lovely day here.
Afternoon all. Hope your Sunday is going well. It's lively here and I've been gardening again. I have one pie e left to dig over and sort and that is round my bird table. I have given the birds loads of different things to eat and I can't believe today I had 4 goldfinches at one time. (Honestly) I was gobsmacked. I couldn't get a good photo on my phone and my camera needed charging so I'm waiting for the next time to gee one.
How you cope with the fireworks I don't know Woofy. I remember it well when I had Shep.
I'm all ready for the start of a busying week. Not hard work just arranged to see friends to catch up on Thursday and Friday and the usual Tai Chi and School.
Blood test tomorrow then I may go and see my elderly aunt and uncle afterwards for one of her lovely frothy coffees.
I might give Quirke a go tonight while I'm irioning. I wasn't enthral led last week as we couldn't hear it very well but I'll try as it has had a good reviews in the paper.
Shaney I have 3 clues left on the Skeleton that are driving me mad. Are you still doing it.
Off now so see yer later gaters!
Not lively lovely! Unless you like Johnny Walker on radio 2
Can't be bothered to correct any other mistakes. Have a guess what I meant!
Done it. The Skeleton that is!! First time for weeks....
I don't bother with it any more Jude .Don't buy the Sunday papers these days.
Whoever sets it hasn't got a clue about how to set a cryptic crossword imho It's far too obtuse ..lol.
I prefer a better brain workout and do the Spectator ,Azed and Genius in the Guardian which I can get for free on line .

Back home, thank heavens, this could have gone on all night, but I said no. 6 bottles of wine (red, white and fizzy) beers, coffees, you name it we had it, paella was lovely. Now overcast and I am glad to be back in my bed waiting to see friend's nephew on the Michael
Flately's programme on ITV at 8, he is one of the main dancers, if I don't fall asleep .
Question Author
Oh none of you was there when I posted. Glad you are up and about again jude.

I wasn't too impressed with Quirke, in fact it is very forgettable, will try again as you say.
Not going to bother with Quirke again, life is too short.
Neti, I have just seen your Bro on Antiques Roadshow...looked like he has lost some weight?
Yes the fireworks are getting a bit much...I really don't know what else to do....apart from get a baseball bat and go visiting the people who let them off....
