Mystery song

I don't know what product the tune was advertising - possibly a car - but I would love to know the title of the song. All I have are some lyrics, "I keep moving, grooving, what it is I cannot lie." The singer sounds like Daisy Skye, erstwhile member of Morcheeba, but that could be a red herring. I keep singing this and I am desperate to know what it is!
