whats the S setting for on the switch of a Zanussi Freezer?

The S button is to override the thermostat - for constant freeze. You can use it after defrosting the freezer or if the temp drops for any reason (open door). Don't know what it stands for tho' , perhaps 'superfreeze'?

So there are no buttons on the freezer that could be set, accidentaly - by little fingers, resulting in the floor being covered in water and the food defrosted?
