Bit basic but if you have Chinese fonts on your PC you could always try the Alta Vista Babel Fish translation tool by SYSTRAN at http://world.altavista.com/ (I always confuse them with that shower who make the cycle paths from disused railway lines...). Failing that, ask a Chinese waiter. Planning a tattoo? :o)
