Howoften shouild you go to toilet?

Ifyou are a perfect example of health (eight litre's of water a day, five helping of fruit and veg, plenty of exercise) how often should you be going to the toilet on avergae (number one and twos.)

Is there a music equivilent to IMDB (Internet Movie Database) somewhere out there which has an exhuastive list of all albums, reviews, bands, singles, producers, singers, charts etc? If not, why not?

Does anyone have a reallygood recipe for chilli. I make it with just mince, tmoatoes, chillis, onions, garlic and kideny beaans. It's nice but would like to make try something different
