I noticed this morning when Reeva got up she had a lot of saliva running from her mouth- unusual for her , never seen her do this before. I didn't think too much about it and just cleaned it off. She has been asleep for an hour or so while I have been busy, in her favourite position , on her back all legs in the air ( very ladylike my girl) and when she stood the side of her face and head are soaking wet . Any idea what could be causing this before I start ringing to get vets appointment ?
Hi Tilly Reeva is home ! They kept her in til 12 today and nnot once has she done the drooling thing while she has been in there ! How typical . We have to keep an eye on her until Tuesday and take her back again, x
As Tilly says, maybe the anti-bugs have finally worked.
I do hope so
(My firendly neighbour was telling me that when she came home from work the other day, her dog had helped herself to chicken breasts and 2 easter eggs. Neighbour not happy, pooch was as sick as a, err, well, dog and the son got told off big style!)
Thank you she had extra cuddles and fusses but she never seems to be that bothered when she has had to stay at vets, its me who goes through the torture of it ! xx
our vets posted the usual chocolate warning on their facebook page.....apparently they hate easter duty because whoever gets it has to spend the weekend making dogs sick up chocolate.
Thank you woofgang . One of my friends gives her dog chocolate all the time !! I get so mad with her, her answer ? Well its never done him any harm so far !
Good to hear the problem had been sorted and that Reeva's safely back home again, they really put us through the mill when something's amiss. And of course Easter would be one of the worst times with everything shut etc.
