Amazing But True
Yesterday, we took Tilly out for her usual walk which took about an hour and a half. When we were nearing home, we put her harness back on and noticed that she had lost her collar and identity tag during the walk. We had walked around 200 acres of country park and it could have been anywhere.
Subsequently, I had to go and get another identity tag engraved, as its now compulsory to have one in a public place.
Today we retraced our steps and Tilly found her collar, picked it up and brought it to us. Now I would have expected my GSD to do that but not a Staffie. Isn't that brilliant?
She's a clever little sausage!

Just as a matter of interest (I'm nosey) do you get any people acting as if Tilly was a Pitbull of devil dog? Staffies have had some really bad press and it has been only down to a few morons training their dogs to fight.
When I was young the devil dogs were GSDs. I wonder what will be next - Jack Russells are pretty cranky little horrible thugs.

wolf, she's quite a small dog so we don't get that reaction. Plus she greets everyone with a very waggy tail and so they know she's fine. She does look more intimidating when she has her leather harness on with its brass studs and Staffordshire Knot .
Sweety, Tilly's a she, not a he. (How well you know me!)
