I haven't heard of allergy dogs or psychiatric dogs, although there are companion dogs for certain problems, eg agoraphobia

Dogs For The Disabled and Hounds for Heroes both provide dogs for disabled people and ex servicemen and women.

There is also a scheme where prisoners take on a dog to train for people. Then there are police, prison, border patrol, army, air force (and I presume Navy, but never heard of them).
