Autocratic Akita...
My terrier went up to an Akita pup and made a play bow. The big dog showed its disinterest by lifting a massive paw as if to box its ears.

'it seemed a good tempered dog' - how on earth couId you have known that - why did you Iet your terrier go up to a strange dog? What wouId you have been writing on here had the Akita not been a good tempered dog? I have Iarge and smaII breeds and I wouId not Iet either go up to a strange dog without first having ascertained what it was Iike with other dogs.
Baldric, Kim must be related to my girl cat Merlin. Years back her brother was chasing her around the house. She jumped onto a bookcase, turned around and punched Frankie. He was in mid air when punch hit him and fell back onto the floor and lay there. I thought that she had killed him. But my brave boy started howling loudly. She still beats him up but he is much more cautious these days.
