How Are The Next Generation Of Ab Dogs Doing?
A lot of us have new dogs and I'd like to know how your little friend is doing.
We are getting there with Dylan and now enjoy our walks rather than it being a total trauma of pulling, lunging and sniffing. :-)

He’s stopped cowering when ticked off for being a bit naughty, especially when digging big holes in the raised beds in the garden, so I believe he now feels safe with us. His lead walking is still a bit of a mare. He walks lovely until he sees another dog, or cat, then he literally screams to say hello, which we love to let him do, but most other owners round here are scared as he’s so big.
We did have a problem with him earlier in the year when things looked dicey. He didn’t take to my daughter when she came home from uni. It was a bit stressful as he was horrible to her. Fortunately, for Rodney, the rest of the house voted against me and we worked on his behaviour. He’s now fine with her. All in all, it’s been a bit of a rollercoaster but we love the bones of him. He’s currently laying on my feet because he thinks he’s getting the dregs of my weetbix :)

Daisy has been here just over 3 months now. She hasn't cowered to the floor with her head turned away for several weeks now. It took her about 3 weeks to subtly climb up onto the settee (and also get down to a healthy weight) and 3 months before she followed us upstairs. Yesterday morning, she sneaked onto the bed for the first time. I don't mind where she chooses to sleep, but it's nice to see her confidence increasing.
Still quite mad, and never stops... lol. But very waggy too.

Duggee is settling in and growing a lot. Today is d day for us. His paperwork wasn't right and our vet was worried he might be stolen. We had to wait when we changed his chip details for a month to make sure no one came forward to say he was theirs. That month runs out today. He could do with some puppy classes because hes very chewy and jumpy uppy but no puppy classes running atm. I need him to grow slightly so he can no longer wriggle under the puppy gate
