One of those small airedale pups. I fell in love with little "Aster" in an old film I think called the thin man, with Myrna Loy and the bloke I cant think of his name, but he likes the sauce ! I'd probably call him "Aster " too.

Sally..do you mean a bedlington terrier? as I have tried to find your one but cannot.

I love all dogs, so to chose one would be difficult, we have at present, 2 x Westies and 1 x Parsons Jack Russell.

A tamaskan! What else could anyone possible ever want? (Well alright perhaps a timber wolf, but then there's all the hastle of them scent marking the house, having to live miles away from anyone, getting several, devoting every minute - literally - of your time to them, building massive enclosures, paying for a DWA liscence, providing whole carcasses every few days, setting up enrichment, education, breeding and reintroduction programmes etc. etc. Frankly I just can't afford it, so I'm going to go work in America with them instead and then get a tamaskan.)

We have a 15 weekold Standard Jack Russell called Che(as in Che Guevara) Apparently it means little friend in South America. He is a little doll, we love him to bits.

I have 2 shih tzus and they are the best. Small enough to pick up and cuddle and very comical and intelligent. Had a golden retriever before and he was fantastic too but too big for picking up for a cuddle although he was very affectionate

Ive got a staffy! Dont be put off them by what other people and the press say. They are lovely!

The best dog you can get must be a shetland sheep dog, or sheltie for short. They are very intelligant, Loyal, easy to train, Love thier owners to bits (well i hope so) love to play, and are eager to learn all the time. So much fun to be with. Good luck in choosing your puppy and much fun. x

well i have a red and white border collie and a black and white bearded collie and i just got a lhasa apso puppy last week.

It would have to be an english bull terrier. Once you've had one, no other dog quite hits the spot! They are such characters!

we've had several dogs over the years pedigree and crossbreeds and loved them all equally. Pointers that were so stunning, labradors that were just so cute and cuddly. But we have always found the best ones the cross breds, they seem to be hardier and healthier and have incredible characters. Any way what ever puppy you choose, make sure it , has bright eyes healthy coat, wet nose, no discharges from its eyes.and is bold. Do not choose the one hiding at the back however cute it looks.

We have a Parsons jack russell and he is the most softest dog in the world he has just turned 1yr old I have a 8mth baby and Harley (the dog) just loves the baby to bits he is very protective. I would also like a Boston terrier.
