It could be that she's just unsettled from the house move so she's marking your house to smell of herself and she could soon start going outside or it could be that she isnt house trained in which case you'd have to start as if she was a puppy. We found that teaching our dog a command really helped, every time he had a wee outside we'd say 'have a wee' as he was doing it, now when we say 'have a wee' he'll go and have one and we wont play until he has. If you do catch her doing it inside just immediately take her outside, i apologise if it sounds patronizing it isnt meant to, i understand how difficult it is to housetrain a dog, its taken us 9 months to train our dog, he seemed to grasp it then took a massive leap backwards (its usually when something upsets them, in our dogs case it was neutering). Just persevere with the obvious puppy methods.
