Does anyone else have a cat who likes to play chase & knock down ginger - he meows at the door, runs away when I open it & then repeats several times. I must admit it makes me laugh myself stupid & god knows what the neighbours think when I running round after a cat going, "I'm coming to get you". Please tell me it's not just mine that does this!

Oh good - I'm glad it's not just my wingnut. He also likes to get me up at stupid o'clock just to show me he has food in his bowl & therefore doesn't need feeding just yet.
My half ferral cat is stupid, she sits by the front door meowing to go out, you let her out and by the time you`ve shut the door again shes in the cat flap in the back, then wants to repeat the process, i do it for a few times then give up. x
Rover has definite delaying tactics. He has a stuffed mouse tied to the banisters, on a long string, and as soon as he knows we're going out, he lobs it down the stairs through the railings knowing that we just HAVE to throw it back to him - so he catches, it, throws it back again.....!
My cat used to take her ball, a soft, spongy, golf ball sized one, to the top to the stairs; she would throw it down, chase it to the bottom then do the same over and over again!

My cat puts her head in my slippers and then chases them round the room we came down the other morning to find all the coats from the hall in the lounge how crazy is that but I love her !!!
Mine bring in wildlife to play with, I had a fine dead mouse again this morning....

I don't mind the dead mice (much) what really gets me is when it's just the mouse's head - shades of The Godfather there I think.
