Are pet mice nocturnal or are they very active during the day?

I think mice are active during the day because if you go to petsmart the mice are usually awake but the hamsters are asleep (apart from the one at the front that always wants to come home with me) :-)

Although thats just my guess I dont know for sure.

well i've had alot of pet mice and yes they are active during the day,not as much as at night though!
