Cat Spraying

Does anyone have any ideas on how to get rid of the smell of cat spray from a carpet?I've tried using biological washing powder,as suggested in a cat manual,but although i've washed it down twice,the smell is still really bad!

Try biocarbinate of soda & tea tree, leave it over night then hover it up, that was a tip from " How Clean Is Your House " Good Luck.  :-)

My sister has two dogs and successfully uses a solution of bicarbonate of soda in water to get the smells out of her carpet.

Could also try Fabreze
