George had been losing weight earlier this year and eventually I got tired of hearing my vet tell me I didn't want a fat dog and stamped my feet. The result was a visit to Edinburgh vet hospital. They scanned him and took bloods and found he had a misaligned stomach. They operated and he's now fine but still a bit thin. He went from 92kg to 79kg. He's back up to about 86kg on 3 meals a day with plenty of protein and carbs. As a result he hasn't been shown since Leeds and I'm not sure we'll show him again until he's a veteran.
