Im toying with getting a 60l tank for tropical fish..
I would love some fish with beautiful colours! So relaxing to watch & gorgeous!
I have no idea where to start, or what can live with what!
Obviously ill ask in the shops im going to look in- big pet store and one aquatic shop!!
Any tips or suggestions?

My friends hubby had a brill big tank untill she made him get rid lol im sure he would help me too. I think id like clown fish... Even just a pair. I read theyre ok to keep and not too difficult!
Going to do lots of research before i invest...mabye after xmas when theres a little more money in the pot ha x

Better have another think about clown fish. For a start, they need a salt-water tropical tank set-up. Tropical marine tanks are best left until you have more experience with the normal tropicals. It is very easy to kill all your expensive salt=water fish overnight if you do not pay attention to proper water maintenance.
Clown fish, as Wildwood says may be pushing it a bit for starter fish lol but on the other hand I keep Humbug Damsel fish and though they are marine they are easiest fish I have ever kept. You could easily keep them but I mix my own salt water and unless you're going to do that it would mean buying it in each week/fortnight. They are lovely fish, if a little violent hahaha
