we have 11 (eleven) little fat piglets running around our front garden and the patio. the farmer is out and i don't know where or when he is likely to be back. he can't see them from his house.
oh dear, now they've started to go up the path to the our field (back garden). they look very cute. i have dealt with his calves, cows and, on one occasion, the young bull but i think this lot is beyond my capabilites.
no way are they coming in the house. just no way. i don't allow cats and dogs in the house so pigs are decidedly not welcome.
the field we live in is in the middle of the farm. think they will just havew to run around and look after themselves. he's not good at keeping his animals where they should be. we've had cattle and sheep all over the place before. even the chickens his wife keeps are always making themselves at home.
peas that is rather like our garden (without the stream). it goes up and down all over the place. part of it is an old, now unused quarry, about an acre of gorse on a sttep slope and an area of trees, the veg garden is separate from that and so is the ornamental shrub bed. the patio is separate again and the gates protecting that were ruined in the storms. go to get them replaced. in all about 4.5 acres. does that help to explain the difficulty?
