Spider Indentification
5 Answers
I have just taken outside a tiny, tiny chestnut brown spider with a very distinctive white spot on it's back - it's legs were quite long for it's size and didn't fan out straight they were arched so that the body was lower than the arch in the legs (if that makes sense!). I tried to identify it on line but no luck. Be grateful for any information - it really was very pretty.

Is this your spider?
I remember being terrified by one as a child around forty years ago, so I'm not sure they're that new. No-one would believe me when I said it had a skull on its back.
It was much bigger than the one in the image provided though.
