Neighbours don't walk dogs

Can I ask for a progress update on the bloke who posted that his neighbours were not walking their dogs, and who they should be reported to?

Are the net curtains still eagerly twitching round at your gaff?

Just that I spent my childhood living in a house on a road full of people like that, and I find it absurdly hilarious.

I posted on that thread Andy. It's amazing how emotive any questions involving our furred and feathered  friends can be isn't it? 21 replies to that one. And the curtains are probably still twitching!
