Does this answer your question?  I hope so.  I always thought plants' cancer was 'canker' - but that's something humans get in their mouths apparently (from my google search)

i have the same opinion but dont have enough information about it. what i need is some detailed information.
I don't know about real cancer, but galls are often referred to as 'plant cancer'.  They are basically unchecked cell growth in response to infection by a virus, fungus, or insect larva. And you end up with a lump of plant tissue with the source inside, feeding on the tissue from the inside out.
