Bugs Transported

All these vids of exotic pet owners unboxing their trantuala/scorpion etc .How do these creatures survive in such a tight spaces ?They might has well be taped up. I assume they can live without air for some time. I appreciate they can be sedentary , but surely they need some movement?

They are often transported under chilled conditions which puts them into a sort of state of suspended animation....makes them easier to handle too.
