Dog Bowel Movement

Maxie's bowel movement has been very hard it would have been sore to get it out. Anybody advise of getting some good stuff from the vet which is only across the road from me. I'd like it to work quickly - he's bound to be uncomfortable.

Try some boiled chicken and rice for poor little Maxie. This should be very easy on the stomach and should be an easy bowel movement.

i thought rice and chicken was a recipe for dogs with loose bowel movements?

You could use brown rice for fibre. but yes generally it is.

White rice and boiled chicken is given for diarrhoea, is he drinking enough jj.? Maybe some fresh uncooked vegetables . .
