According to The Sun newspaper if you believe it.) They have put up a reward, also a physic has told them, that Gizmo is alive in a nearby garden. I hope Gizmo is alright and can return home soon .

Those seagulls in Paighton, are vicious!
We went there about 18 years ago when my daughter and friend were teenagers. A couple of gulls swooped down, knocked my daughter's head and pinched her carton of chips. Also one pinched a sausage roll out of friend's hand! My poor daughter is really frightened of them now.
As for, do I believe the seagull took the little dog? It wouldn't surprise me. Hope the poor little thing can be found safe and well, soon.

RR hmmm! We do have only the boyfriend's word that Gizmo was taken by a gull ...
Ummmm I hadn't heard about a £1k reward but I see from Marval that the Sun might've put it up.
Patsy I hope so too but the longer it goes on I wonder if we'll ever know what truly happened.

Anyone looked at this ^? It's possible this is Gizmo's leg found on a roof not far away from where he was taken. A vet is examining it currently.

Saw a short clip on FB of a gull swallowing a baby rabbit whole. Will try to find it again and post (or maybe not).

Sure a gull can eat a baby rabbit but it didn`t have to carry it. A gull doesn`t have a hooked beak like hawks.

Gulls do carry their pray in their beaks. Their beaks are differently constructed but I can't remember what they're called. I'm watching the Handmaids Tale so no time to find out at the moment.
