morning, the week is wheezing by, thursday already, i don't know where the time goes. I hope you have a good day and are in good health, If not you have my sympathies

i really need my hair done and have any number of local hairdressers, but the cost is prohibitive. One charges 100 pounds for cut and blow dry, an appalling price, i don't know they get away with it. But needs must and so will probably ring one of them to see what they can do.

That is highway robbery, Captain Thunderbolt would be proud.
No idea what haircuts cost down here, haven't paid for one for 30 years or so but if they cost anything near that I'm sure Mrs Oz would be very vociferous.

morning 1ozzy, i paid 50 pounds in one place for cut and blow dry, also too much but can't find anything locally that's any cheaper.

Doing ok thanks, bit of a boring day, but that's life sometimes.

had a day off from walking yesterday, i stayed in in other words, it eases the pain, but soon as i go out it starts up again. what a nuisance....

Mobility pains are no fun at all

so do i, am waiting for a tx, letter or something to tell me when i will see the muscular/skeletal team, to assess the damage.

Bit of rebuilding required,
or do you think the right medication will suffice?

meds haven't helped, no actual pain relief - so depends on what damage there is, if it's something i have to live with then maybe steroid injections could help.

enough of that for now, i have to be positive.

no lunches planned, but might take a walk round to the hairdressers and see what or when they can fit me in, and then onto perhaps the local inn. The weather was lovely yesterday, i am hoping for same today.
