No idea, have you asked the seller?
Question Author
Hi yes but they did not seem to know either I am not going to use it and I am waiting for them to refund me but I am curious as to what it means I have 9 cats and they all eat the same and if there is anything wrong and they all fell I'll it would cost me a fortune in vets bill's. Have never seen it before
Are the manufacturer's details on the containers? If so I would contact them directly
Question Author
They are whiskas and I have contacted them to find out but they have not come back to me yet. These were in a 96 pack box and all 5 of them are the same it just concerns me that this is not fit for consumption. The strange thing is that I brought this from zooplus and I came in a white box with whiskas on it but if you look on ebay there 96 packs are what I call "legitimate" boxes like you buy from supermarket
Question Author
And the other thing is that there is not a word of English o the packs like nor.al
Very wise carrottop, I'd not feed it to my cats. I googled it and that was no help either.
You are right to return them and get your money back. Were they cheaper than usual?
Were they much cheaper than you'd expect to pay?

Shops often sell goods with foreign labelling, such as jars of coffee, tinned food and toiletries in budget shops such as B&M/
Is there a use before date on the packaging?
Is the 'factory use only' printed in English or did you translate it on the web?
Perhaps it refers to the packaging not the contents.
Question Author
The price for them were £30 a box which is about right. I would normally pay around £25 for 80. I googled it as well and as you say that was no help. The factory use only was in english but that is all that there is apart from whiskas all the ingredients on the pack and box are all foreign that is one thing I checked on when I saw it on the pack. When you look at a supermarket pack the back is all writing with ingredients these one have a strip of foreign writing down the side and the this box in the middle with the wording
I think the 'factory use only' has been badly translated and means 'animal use only' or similar.
At least their website makes it clear that they will issue a full refund including the cost of return postage so I shouldn't worry about it and find another supplier
Re foreign language. I buy Felix here in Portugal and the content Tuna as an example is written in ten languages. The "factory use only" I have no idea
I agree with Barry that "factory" could be incorrect translation. We often get that on goods here
I've only ever heard good things sbout Zooplus, have used them myself.
At least you know they will refund you.
Is "factory use only" printed on the individual pouches or on the boxes they are in?
Question Author
Hi I use zooplus all the time as they do such good deals. The wording is on all of the pouches
Question Author
Hi thanks for your comments all I know is that my fur babies are too precious to me to risk using it and maybe whiskas will come back to me and let me know what it means have a good Sunday

That's good to know, Chanel.
