I have a concrete path and there us a gap of about 5/6 inches before the fence. Bees are flying under the concrete path. Do I need to worry or should I just leave them.

You don't need to worry about them - they are mining bees, and will only sting if you threaten their nest. Just go about what you are doing in the garden and try to ignore them, and they will ignore you.
As ringlet says. They will not harm you. We need all the bees we can get.
Please, do not kill them. I wish they were in my garden.
I agree with all the above
Leave them alone to get on with their business, and they will leave you alone.
We've had these bees nesting /living in our garden for several years with no problems. It's fascinating watchimg them come and go.
Yes, they always beehave themselves, if ignored.

Thanks everyone. They do not bother me at all, and as roopower said it is interesting watching them come and go. It gets really busy sometimes. I never realized that they would do that, always thought it would only ge a hive.
Clever bees, they've taught you something already;-)
Just let them do their thing, they are quite harmless
