Dog's Dinner
3 Answers
My 12 year old male, castrated black labrador has recently started to eat his own poo! I have many times caught him in the act, he seems to have plenty to eat but could this mean that he requires more food, or is he suffering from a deficiency or worse still some kind of dementia now he's getting on a bit....I love him to bits and its really distressing me seeing him scavange on his own excrement......

In our case of our westie is that she simply needed worming she now is ok and dosnt touch it now. hope this helps you but I suggest you try to pick it up before she gets to it. untill you get it saughted. hope this helps good luck.
