from about 6 months but it can be a bit later

I am not saying that you are (don't have a fit Kipchick) but you shouldn't consider letting it have kittens until its at LEAST 18 months old....just to let you know. However if you are planning on having her speyed most vets will want them to be 6 months old...some do it earlier.
Just for the information...I am not assuming you are planning on doing anything!

About 6 months old, but I think some cats (e.g. Siamese) can reach puberty a bit earlier.
Thought you might Kip, I know you are an animal lover. I just didn't want you to think that I was assuming that twinny was going to be breeding from her cat...I know how you can get when we assume!! : )
