My Shar Pei!!!

My 4 dogs are Shelties, a black lab and a lurcher ,all rescues,all adorable, I love these types.I also love Great Danes and Maremmas sadly my 2 passed away. Love the happy ending for Archie...

My faves are Boxers, Bulldogs, Staffs and Rottweilers. they get a bad press but its all wrong! I grew up with Boxers so they are my No. 1 but if i had one now it would probably be a staff because i cant afford a Bulldog and they have so many health problems and that would break my heart. I found my Boxer such hard work , i think he was on springs the way he bounced around.

Ah Beryllium, your Dylan looks gorgeous. We used to have a dobie, he was mad as a hatter and hated being on his own as well. Rescue dogs are so wonderful, we just got a Japanese Akita cross puppy from battersea, he's beautiful, and my mum & dad got an adult Akita whose is lovely. Good luck with Dylan and watch your kitchen.

My friend has a boxer but it isn't very well behaved. It always jumps on you and it has really sharp claws. I'm sure yours is much nicer though trackab! And your right unruliejulie. Those dogs have a bad wrap but not all of them are mean. What people don't understand is that it is the family who traines them to be mean. While other would just say that it is in there nature. So sad....

I love my naughty little Battersea Baby. He's a sort of labrador x smooth collie x whippet x staffie!! He went in the fridge while I was at work today and stole 2 huge packs of fresh filled pasta and 2 packs of butter!!! He's sleeping now, with a big fat tummy!!

Ignore the idiot, obviously nothing better to do. I must admit I adore all dogs, my favourite is probably a bull mastiff, I had a 13 stone big guy myself called Levi nicknamed Fat Man, hence the name unfortunately he died of a heart murmur, a bad breeder, wish I'd known then. Got a beauty of a lurcher now, very tall with wiry blonde hair goatie and a mohican looks like spike off the gremlins, he is a rescue dog and is so grateful, also have another rescue a lakeland cross who was bald through mites only five months ago when we got him and looked a hundred, he is now obviously only a puppy with a full coat of fur and thinks he is a bloomin parrot lol

I love mastiffs too! beautiful. My Boxer was very naughty bubbly girl. just so boisterous. We tried everything but he was just too highly strung. What fun we had with him though. he was a proper character and everybody loved my bruiser! He died when he was 9. did i cry or what? I just have 2 cats now but one day i do hope to get a dog again.
