non of the "beyond reasonable doubt cr*p", only, and I mean only if DNA has been used and it could nort possibly have been anyone else. Im an old fashioned christian and conservative so I truley belive in "an eye for an eye". I take it you dont agree?

No, on the contrary, with DNA the odds of getting the wrong person for the crime, should give it the go-ahead in my book...why should we continue to pay for their upkeep in jail etc...
