It got so bad that we had to remove the ones from the lower branches.
Oh and two years ago he ate 3 boxes of Thorntons that had been lovingly wrapped and put under the tree.

My 2 bullmastiffs once ate most of the shed, we had been out for a few hours and returned to find the shed only had 1 full side and the door, they had eaten almost 3/4 of the way up the other sides and there wasnt a scrap to be found. I think they got bored when they found a bag of sand and decided to rip that open instead...this is just one of many things they got upto lucky they are starting to grow out of it!!

My lab Fred would eat anything that would fit into his huge gob, the most memorable being an entire turkey carcass, hamster food from a neighbours hamster cage ( never touched the hamster) a wooden hat stand, a Tesco carrier bag which he passed whole on the local park, most embarrassing, 18 creme eggs, all in one go, drank a gallon of beetroot wine and a bucket of wallpaper paste. He never had an upset stomach and lived to the ripe old age of 17.
My female shih tzu ate a doggy poo bag that fell out of my friend's pocket the other day. Was worried it might cause a blockage, but 2 days later out came the pink bag - was almost tempted to give it a quick blast under the tap and give it back to my friend. All my doggy walking mates were joking that when my dog "went" it would come out ready bagged!
Shouldn't laugh - it could have been an expensive meal if there had been a blockage!
