How to donate to foreign charity

I'd like to donate to Eilat Loves Animals which is based in Israel. Am wondering the best way to do this? I understand the lady who founded it now has a sanctuary in Wales. I wonder if anyone would know off hand who this is, maybe she can help.

If you click on worldwide shelters, then UK, then Wales you get a choice of seven shelters. Maybe the lady you are looking for runs one of these?

She's called Sylvia and her rescue in Wales is Many Tears

That's where I went to get my sooper pooch lol.... she is a brilliant brilliant lady and extremely hard working... we're hoping to go there for a week to help out in summer....

I have been trying to email Eilat loves animals but they are always undeliverable. I'll let you know how I get on, I have someone in Israel who is going to call them directly.

I've been a few times working out there, and I'd go back. Since donating, which I have done now by giving to a British woman who works out there. Into her account in UK and she will pay the charity in shekels from her account. Well since that, I am looking into organizing a trip of a few months to go and work in one of the Israeli animal sanctuaries. Either the Rescue Donkeys in the Holy Land or a Cat and Dog one up in the north near the trouble spots. I hope this comes together. I really need a break from this life and to go and do something constructive.
