Angel Fish probem

My 3 year old angel has what looks like his bottom is going to explode. He looks ill too. I feel bad just leaving him but what else can I do?

is it swollen? i have had fish in the past which have had problems with their gall bladder and they look like they were going to burst, they also found it difficult to swim properly and didnt look so bright. i got some water treatment which solved the problem and they lived for ages. speak to your local pet store this treatment will only cost a few quid
