If it has a willie, the chances are it's male...

you cant actually see the penis on a cat a it is inside, you will however see 2 openings, the top one being the anus, the other being the vagina if female an the opening for the penis if male. the distance between these 2 openings is further apart in males to accomodate the testicles, which you will see as the kitten matures. also colour of thekitten can give you a clue, if it is ginger more often than not it is a boy, if it has tortoiseshell markings it is probably a girl! hope this helps!

I would assume you can tell by the way the cat acts as to if its male or female
