How to get rid of flying ants
8 Answers
I have a flying ant problem which occurs every year around the same time. I usually pay for a pest control guy to come in and spray but this year they didnt appear.....or so they wanted me to believe!!!!!
They come from the back of the gas fire, but this year they have also been in my bedroom (literally hundreds, I was throwing my guts up...sorry to be so graphic, lol!). I have been using nippon in the hope that they will take it back to the nest & DIE!!!!! But alas no they havent & this has been ongoing for weeks now. Please please can anyone suggest anything I can buy & put down myself rather than calling pest control who charge 90?

You could take out the gas fire and cement in any holes but be aware they just may emerge elsewhere.
The pest control Company will usually be the best option, phone around for a cheaper one, just make sure they guarantee their work!!
