Slightly off tangent, but did you notice the pictures of our Queen last week who's the patron of RSPB off on a grouse shoot on the day the RSPB launched its yearly campaign?

Yes I did. And this poses a difficult dilemma. I support the work of the RSPB but I have to admit that I also occasionally enjoy a nice pheasant & orange caserole, and recognise that somebody will have had to shoot it before I can cook and eat it. I have mixed feelings about grouse shoots. People pay a lot of money to participate in them but some country estates wouldn't survive without the income they bring in, and some low paid people living in the country enjoy the few extra bob or a some birds for the pot for participating too. Have to confess I sit with one leg on either side of the fence on this issue.
