Boa Constrictors.

Would an averagely strong man be able to fend off a giant Boa Constrictor if, for example, the snake took hold of the man whilst in a hammock and began squeezing before he awoke?

No way, it would crush a man easily, did you just see the one on BBC?, that swallowed an antelope, and won't have to eat again for a year, amazing.

But an antelope, although fast and sprightly, is not what I would consider a strong animal.

He sure does wardy, but I do think that if a man was asleep, it would be real hard to get the thing off of you, that was just so amazing to see.

probably not if it was the giant ananconda however like most animals they have an inbuilt fear of humans so attacks are not all that common i have seen footage of them crushing a small cow

After seeing Rambo 4 for the third time this evening, I know one man who wouldn't even flinch if he woke up being constricted!!!!

Imagine what the gastric juices must be like in a Boa if it rots antelope horn???

I missed that bit because I was faffing around with my new wirles printer (yey me!) so just rewound sky+ and, eew, that was hideous!! Also, quite interesting/funny when rewinding to see animals being uneaten and baby snakes being unborn

Constrictors wait until it`s victim exhales and then puts the squeeze on each time until it sufflcates it. Then down the long dark tunnel you go, byeeee, and there ain`t a man could stop it. Sorry to hear Davids packing it in after this series.

yeah - snakes are good waiters - not in a restaurant stylee (obviously as they have no arms!!) but they are so patient. I would last about 5 minutes, get bored, then insist on watching Nighbours....
