'talks' constantly!! I know that deaf cats do not possess the mechanism that tells them they are loud-lol.....but will he be like this forevermore??? He is only 7 months old now-will he become quieter as he gets more mature?? He drives me crazy sometimes-like at 3 am!!!

I think that he is just going to be a loud and chatty cat.

He sounds lovely - and he is just a baby. My two are under the desk trying to kill each other. Siblings!

My oldest cat is very noisy. The vet has said that at her age she is almost certainly quite deaf so she probably has no idea of how loud she is!
Your cat may get less noisy as he gets used to you and his new surroundings and becomes more confident. And I know what you mean by noise at 3am, Florence does it regularly!
my bengal cat is very loud!!!!!!!!!!! She's around 6yrs old and definately not getting any quieter - at any time of day or night.
