since i bought the new kitten in to the family about a month ago the have both had really smelly bums, they fart all the time lol and they smell out a whole room if they have both been in there a while
but that does not really bother me what does is the fact that the new kitten leaves skidmarks all over my bed sheets. i have to change them every couple of days because she does it really badly her bum is always really dirty and i have noticed my other kitten cleaning it alot.
could the new kitten be ill, or i did think that when i bought her it was changing her food that caused it but that was over a month ago now.

yes i worm them both and frontline them so they should be ok with all that.
when i bought the new kitten she seemed very underweight patchy furr very timid and not to good really. since getting her though she has put on abit more weight and her furr looks so healthy now plus she alot more confident. shes such a different kitten since i bought her only a month ago.
i am worrying abit about her health though because she has sticky eyes which she has now passed to the other kitten and what you said about her cleaning herself- i have generally seen her cleaning but my other kitten seems alot cleaner and has never left marks on my bed.
do you think i should take them both to the vets and get them checked over?

It never hurts to get pets checked over by a vet, especially if you haven't had them long.It shouldn't cost very much and you will be able to get them booked in for their vaccines as well.I hope you manage to get it all sorted out and then you can look forward to many years of being owned by cats......we never own cats, they just agree to live with us and let us feed them :-)
