unfortunately I was wakened at about 3am to make breakfast for Frankie and Princess Merlin. Frankie is terrified that he will starve overnight - the Iams in the bowl doesn't count coz it ain't Felix in jelly.

His face is in how bowl guzzling away and his left paw is in Merlin's food bowl so that she can't get to it and so that he can eat it after he has finished his own. She just stands there like an idiot and eats all the bits Frankie has missed.

They are not keyboard fiends though - you are lucky to have such helpful cats Lottie.

She's gone off out now to hunt down baby rats. I will have some peace. She wont be out there for long - its started to get very cold and she's a wimp!!

Flossie won't leave the computer alone either. It's okay until I try to work from home.
Have you tried a timer for putting food out in the night wolf & rosetta? You can get them with a little freeze pack which keeps the food fresher but you could set it to go off at 3am. I haven't resorted to this yet but I might try it.

I might try that bensmum, thanks for the idea.
She has dried food in one bowl all the time but its very much what she fancies at the time. (you can tell I am a very strict slave lol ), She obviously has problems remembering that there is food there or more likely she has me wrapped round her little paw.

Cats hate being ignored - so when you are using the computer she feels she must attract your attention somehow. Or is she just after the mouse?
