kittens catching birds

how can i stop my 11month old kittens catching baby birds, its heartbreaking, i am beginning to wish i'd never homed them now.

you could try bell collars...years ago I taught our neighbour's cat to stop fishing in our goldfish pond with loads of patience and a waterpistol...I really liked the cat and he was always welcome in my garden (and house) but not my fish pond!

there's not a lot you can do it's the nataure of the animal
