barking dogs

Hi I have a neighbour 1 removed that keeps i think 2 dogs in a pen in the back garden. the problem is they bark alot or one does which is really annoying and especially late at night which i find even more disturbing.
what can be done about it???

Have you actually spoken to your neighbour and expressed your concerns in a civil fashion?

That would be the decent thing to do to begin with. Believe it or not, s/he may not be aware that there's a problem. Then, should you get no joy, that would then be the time to take matters further.
