funny cat habits

Harvey Pickle Pants seems to go through funny little phases - and his current one includes some very weird behaviour... he has grown out of his laying in the bathroom sink habit...

except now - he lies down on the carpet - and LOVES you to smack his bum.... (not smack - more patting it hard).. he goes crazy for it.. so much that when you walk off - he runs after you and falls over onto the floor asking for more!! kinky huh!!

PLUS - at night.. he wakes me up and I have to lay in bed with my arm outside the duvet cover - with my palm of my hand facing upwards and he sits down - and nods off with his front paws curled up under his body IN MY HAND!!! only the front paws - and usually he can only fit one paw in my hand.. and I'm not allowed to pull my hand away!!! ha ha

lol they are bonkers arn't they. murph has to sleep on my pillow at the mo and it has to be plumped up and set at just the right angle or she'll moan and stick her claws in me

Loving your cat. Mine is a little blue at the moment - im not sure why. He has a pillow next to our bed (my side) sleeps there every night, bless him. He loves being rubbed really roughly up his back and bum - kinky also. Has a habit of waking me up in the morning by laying on my chest his face in mine - makes me jump sometimes. Love cats, mental little beings.

my fave was at my mums the other day and the birds were being fed so murph was looking on through the kitchen door and a wagtail was taking the mick by gettign closer and closer, i could se murph's bum twitching and i knew she was going to lose control, then the great pounce and slide down the door. i very nearly peed myself laughing

Tinkerbella pixie paws sleeps on one side of me ideally with at least one claw lightly in my hand so I cant pull away then in the morning she has taken to opening the curtains so I wake up with the sun glaring in.... and she sits purring like a bleeping motorbike until I feed her.....about 5am at present and getting earlier day by day.... tried shutting her out of the bedroom but she yowls like she's being murdered

Brian is still breastfeeding....from me..!! He also won't come in unless it's me who opens the door. OH tried to let him in last night and he wouldn't budge until I told him to. He sleeps in my arms and has his paws on my face. It's like having a baby....

poor whale, mine has a stuffed/beanbag kitten - he hates it. Bunny kicks it for ages then grabs it by the throat and starts again - angry at it for no apparant reason.

My brother's cat, Billybonk isn't allowed on the new sofa, so he kind of crawls backwards until his bottom hits the sofa, then he tries to slide upwards with his bum till it's on the seat, then tries to bring his front paws up the front hoping you don't notice...when shouted at he gives you such a look! And if it's nice outside, he'll go out and meow at the budlea bush - alive with butterflies, he doesn't try to catch them or anythig, he just sits there catter-wauling at them!
