They are normally known as a murder of crows.... lucky them!
Yep, it's a murder of crows, a parliament of rooks.
It's a parliament of owls not rooks. The colective noun for rooks is a building or clamour.
Is it not a Rookery of Rooks?
I think you can have a parliament of rooks, but it is more uncommon. I've always liked a paddling of ducks.
I think you can get a storytelling of crows as well

Rooks, as I said, come in buildings or clamours mainly and occasionally in congregations, councils, packs, shoals and wings. "The Parliament of Rooks" is a comic book if memory serves. And storytelling is for Ravens on top of an Unkindness. Crows are a Murder, parcel or hover on top of a couple of more esoteric collective nouns.

I have always found a collective noun for crows rather amusing and have always though a more accurate name for a gathering of such aggressive territorial birds should be called a "rarity" or a "fight".
