I love nature but I just can't watch Springwatch - I get TOO emotional at the sad events, which I know are only part of nature ....... but I can't bear to see things dying I'm afraid I'm a big softie :)

Not the same anyway since Bill Oddie and Kate Humble left - I watched Chris Packham once, but never again, I can't bear him :(

I think its been a lot better this series... slight tweaks to the format and a lot less on the deer/beavers/otters which took up so much time. I would still prefer Kate to Michaela but would rather see a proper scientist rather than Michaela anyway either Miranda from coast or maybe get Liz Bonnin back to balance Chris and his geek bits

I'm in awe of Chris. He's so passionate and knowledgeable about his subjects. Still thinking about how brave those Kingfisher parents were last night. They were cracking that mink on the head with their large bills. 11/10 for bravery. That's 2 fails for them now this season.
