BTW did girlfriend have those wonderful bats last year only we saw them year before coming in and out of her roof space

Hi Rowan - Yep, the bats were there again this past autumn. One actually got into the house ( was on the stairwell wall) and had to be removed by the local authority. The council did say that they would come and make the eaves secure after the bats had gone in the winter but no sign of any workmen, as yet!
