The return of 'Lady' to Loch of the Lowes is eagerly awaited. Hope the grand old lady makes it again this year.

Phew, gone now. I was a bit worried for that goose.

They're back again!
Last year when we were at Rutland, we saw an osprey dive bomb a cormorant. Those geese need to keep away.
Question Author
An osprey flew over the Sheff falcons nest. They gave it 1 hell of a beating. There's some pics on the blog.
Excellent - will be up there soon :+)
I saw that last year, carrust. High drama.

I'm going to visit the Rutland site later this year when the adults are feeding the young.
We should organise an 'AB twitchers to Rutland' day. That would be good.
I hope to go there this year it is 6 years since I have been.

Tilly. I think there's a lot of people who twitch on AB :-)
Ok, carrust. Not such a good idea then.
A male osprey has just returned to Loch of the Lowes. Everyone still waiting to see if 'Lady' turns up.
Fingers crossed that the grand old "Lady" turns up soon.
Wow, just had a look at the Rutland webcam. So clear, thanks carrust.
