Thank god it's not just me that doesn't like the sub sections. I appreciate that you had to work real hard to insert them, but I don't think they work in the way you'd hoped.
Could you set up a poll to see if the new sub categories are liked /wanted?Some are more successful than others.
It's now a month since this was announced and I know it was stated to be in the early stages but what is the latest?
How about removing all the sub-sections and instead list under each topic appropriate subjects for that topic? This would surely also have the advantage of fewer question being posted in the wrong...

Why not just create more categories instead of loads of sub-categories so people can scan categories like they used to and it's more obvious to newcomers where to post eg... Adverts Animals Nature...
