Can't you set it so that if you agree with an answer, you can rate it, but maybe in a different colour. PLEASE. Then if someone doesn't reply or rate, others can.... PLEASE

How about having an audio version of rating answers?

Three stars would be replaced by the sound of 1000 folk clapping, stamping their feet and shouts of "GAUN YIRSEL!!!!!!"  Two stars would be 500 folk clapping and the odd "YIR NAE WRANG PAL!" one...
